Last week I did a workshop about how to find your Why. Finding your why in your business is a part of your foundation and leads to find the right goals to concentrate on. Starting with the purpose of your life, your why of life, is a big step and creates a huge path of oppurtunities.

I briefly mentioned that workshop before. It was a first time for me since many months, maybe even years. I have to look back to it. I have been postponing doing one for a long time, that’s for sure.

Why? … Good question.

More important, I did it. And boy, oh boy a lot went wrong. I did it through zoom, basically because that way the quality of the video is reasonable, and I can stream it to Facebook at the same time. During the presentation I use a Powerpoint Presentation while talking about the subject.

What can go wrong?

Let’s start with some positivity… The night before I tested my presentation and I managed to let it last a whole 15 minutes. Oeps, at least 30 minutes short, but I was able to change that.

I also figured out how to stream it to Facebook. Good.

And than, when I started with the workshop I realized that I had to turn on the screenshare before I started. Because it’s nice when I can see it, but everyone watching the video might be interested too lol.

Well that was a quick fix and 58 minutes later, I had lost my voice almost completely and I was done. Just to realize that I should have hit that record button. At least I still had it on Facebook, right?

It took a few day to find the courage to start listening to myself. Do you have that too, that your own voice sounds totally different than you hear yourself normally? I just don’t like my own voice.

With this video it was no problem though. There was no sound at all…. No clue what happenend.
