An regular basis I hear “I want to start my own business, but I don’t have the knowledge or the talent to be a good entrepreneur”

I always have to laugh when someone says that.

First of all, knowledge is something you can find everywhere. I also can provide you with all the knowledge you need to start.

Talent …. you can have a lot of talent, or not much talent, you always have to develop talent. And that means hard work.

For example let’s take the Williams sisters, top tennis players. At the moment there is a movie about them available.

They have a lot of talent to be good at tennis, but they had to work their a$$’$ off just to get to the highest level. It isn’t that they just walked on the court, started playing a game and won. They had to work hard for it. Day in, day out.

Same is for starting entrepreneurs, but also for long time entrepreneurs. Every day there can be a different problem which has to be solved. Every day new ideas have to be worked out.

Luckily, the more successful you are, the more profit you will bring in. And with that profit you can hire someone to make life easier for you. Than can be a personal assistant. Or someone who is doing your social media. Or someone who is going to do your sales. Etc., etc., etc.

I came across this little list recently.

Not mine, but I agree with it.
