Yesterday I got visitors. And they will stay for a couple of days. They are my sister-in-law and her husband.

It’s good that all the kids left the house. One of their rooms is reasonable large and kind of in the basement where they stay.

We have a strange house with 4 levels. The lowest level is completely in the basement, with no windows at all. We have a bathroom there and the laundry. The rest is basically storage.

The level above is a half basement. The two big rooms still have a big window, but are also half “under ground”. Nice and cool in the summer for sure.

One of these room is changed now to our guest room. Queen bed, and some extra space for a little desk and a chair.

It’s so nice that I want to rent it out over time. There is a entrance which people can use without going through our front door (which is impossible anyway, because of the dog) And they have the use of their own toilet and bathroom area. They can even park their car on their “own” entrance.

But for now it is used by our friends and family when they stay over.

Only thing is that doing some work behind the computer is minimal at the moment. I am not the kind of person to say “Have fun, I am gone for a couple of hours. Sorry”

Good thing I can schedule all these post 🙂
