What are now-buyers?
Now-buyers are your clients who walk around and come into your store and buy something on impulse. These are the buyers who want something now and look up where they can buy it and buy that the same day.
These kind of buyers are just a small amount of all the people who can buy from you. Say the percentage is around 5%. (I have to look up the exact percentage if you interested, but it’s just to show you that it is an very small amount of all the buyers)
It’s strange to look around and see how many businesses rely on these kind of clients. It probably will make you realize that it is of no surprise that a lot of businesses do not survive, because of it.
So what do you have to do to get the other 95% as a client? Of coarse not everyone will buy from you, so the percentage will be lower, but still.
To get the attention of these buyers, you have to focus on strategic marketing instead of tactical marketing. Sounds fancy, right?
The difference is that you have to attract these future clients (leads) to you. When they show interested in you and your product, you have to nurture them. You have to constantly remind them that you are still there for them. That you have the best products (and not your competitor). That you have offers. That you have the best service. Etc.
You provide them with information. You tell them when you have new products. You show them how to use your products. Again etc.
That’s the moment that you have to ask them for their information so that you always can reach out to them. I wrote before about “the list”. This is why you build your list.
You probably have enough clients now, but you also want to have enough clients in the future.
