Are you struggling?

You are not the only one. Even the most successful (business-)men and women are struggling once in a while.

I am struggling too on regular basis.

For me the most difficult times is when weather changes. Sounds strange right? But it has nothing to do with the actual weather (although going from a wonderful sunny day into a raining grey day is something I extremely dislike), it has to do with the pressure changes from one day into another.

Where I live we have chinooks. This is the sky we see to “announce” the chinook is there again.

I love them, because in the winters it give you a great break from the cold temperatures. Within hours it can change from minus 20 C into minus 5 C. And despite some comments from a famous actor that this happens because of climate change, that’s something which happens here in this area. Nothing to do with climate change.

Most of the times I don’t need the sky to tell me the pressure will change, the chinook has arrived, because I will wake up with a terrible headache. On a side-note, that’s why I started with essential oils, to be able to take a break from the pills I took.

Nothing I can do about it. It is unpredictable, changes my plannings, I have to cancel appointments last minute (lost a couple of leads because of it) and can me set back for days.

Nothing more annoying than that in your business.

When everything is back to “normal”, it cost me a lot of energy to get back in the saddle again. Sometimes I even wonder why I am doing it.

But till now, years later, I still manage to continue.

And you can do it too!! I am convinced about that.
